1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tradez Log ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Tradez Log platform, website at tradezlog.com, and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at support@tradezlog.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Tradez Log offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at sign-up.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure or disrupts the Service for other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Tradez Log or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all trade data, notes, and content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. No Financial Advice

The Service is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of advice. All trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Tradez Log is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradez Log and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradez Log and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
